Term 4 Immersion Assembly
Today my class room lined up on the white line and then when Ms Moala came out we started walking towards the hall and then we sat down on the white line. Once everyone was there we started. The prefects were doing the karakia and the mihi but after that Mr Burt said you don’t need to stand up yet. Then Mr summervole was playing the drums and Mr Wiseman was playing the electric guitar and Mr Burt was playing the normal guitar for the song Lean on me. We sang the whole song for practice then we stood up to sing it again but also with the actions. After that Mr Burt called team 1 for their item. Team one’s item was about the mitey friend helping the children which were the teachers. After that whole thing it was team two’s turn to show their item for this term then the team two teachers stood up and went on the stage expressing their feelings to a song there were 4 feelings to figure out. After that whole thing It was time for team three’s item oh and I felt like this was my favourite one out of all of them because Ms Willsen threw some kisses but sadly I didn’t get any. What happened was Ms Moala was reading a book of her heart. It was filled with lots of emotions after that Mr Huss came to the stage and said “Do you know the Avengers.” Then Mr Huss said “ Do you want to see Captain america.” “Okay” Mr Huss said. Then Mr Huss vanished in thin air. He went on the stage and then Captain america came out looking amazing and that was the end. Now for Team 5 there was a boy named Billy and everyone was making fun of his hairy legs so was the teachers but there was one girl who wouldn’t make fun of him or to tell the students that were bullying Billy or else she would be the next one to be bullied. Then for the next day they were playing basketball but Billy was so hairy that they started bullying him again but the girl stood up for Billy walking up to the bullies and Said “Stop!!” and then they were scared so they left and that was the end and we went back to class.
